Qverio Email Verifier is a browser extension that provides real-time email deliverability verification inside supported webmail compose windows.

1. Data We Collect and Process
   When you add an email address in the To, CC, or BCC fields of a supported webmail provider, the extension reads only that email address for verification purposes.

The following data may be processed:
- Email addresses entered by the user in compose fields
- User-provided API key (stored locally in the browser)

1. Purpose of Data Processing
   Email addresses are sent to the Qverio API solely to determine deliverability status (valid, invalid, risky, or unconfirmed). This is the core functionality of the extension.
2. Data Transmission
   Email addresses are transmitted securely (HTTPS) to:
   https://qverio.com/api/verify

The Qverio API may use trusted third-party email verification providers (such as Kickbox or NeverBounce) to perform deliverability checks.

No email content, inbox data, contacts, or browsing history is ever accessed or transmitted.

3. Verification results may be temporarily cached in memory during the session only.
4. API key and user settings are stored locally in the browser using browser storage.
5. Data Sharing
   We do not sell or share personal data.

Email addresses are shared only with:
- Qverio API (for processing verification requests)
- Sub-processors used strictly for email validation (Kickbox / NeverBounce)

These providers are contractually restricted from using data for any purpose other than verification.
