What's real? Relity shows you the record behind a headline or a claim — then lets you decide. No black-box verdict and no single AI opinion: the reporting, the fact-check record, and what is still unconfirmed, laid out in plain language.
Highlight a sentence anywhere — a post on X, a caption on Instagram, a headline on a news site, a message in a forum — right-click, and choose "Check this claim with Relity." Relity opens with the claim already running.
What comes back:
- Which independent newsrooms reported it, with the original links
- What the fact-check record says, where one exists
- Whether it is corroborated, contested, or simply unconfirmed so far
- A plain-language read of what the sources actually support
Why Relity is different:
- Evidence, not verdicts — you stay the judge. We never stamp "FAKE" or "TRUE."
- Corroboration is breadth of reporting, not proof — we say so, and show you how widely a story is carried so you can weigh it yourself.
- Works across platforms — X, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, news sites, anywhere text lives.
- Privacy-first — no tracking, no browsing history, no content scripts. It sends only the words you highlight, only when you click. Web addresses inside your selection are stripped before the claim is sent.
We deliberately do not tell you whether a photo or video is manipulated. We used to, and we retired it: once a file has been re-encoded by the accounts passing it around, the forensic signals are gone, and a confident answer built on nothing is worse than no answer. The long version is at relity.ai/why-ai-video-detectors-fail.
Free to use, no sign-up required.
