When you perform a qwant search (only search engine supported for now) the results that are unavailable (due to DNS blocking for instance) will be removed. It can have false positives such as websites with aggressive anti-bot blocking (for instance Instagram or Reddit) Souce code available at https://github.com/TriGolf/Remove-censored-websites
