Features:

Copy Clean URL of Current Tab:
- CTRL + ALT + c
Copy Clean URL of Hyperlink:
- Right Click > "Remove URL Parameters" > "Copy Clean URL"
Open Clean URL of Hyperlink in New Tab:
- Right Click > "Remove URL Parameters" > "Open Clean URL in New Tab"
Copy Clean URL of Highlighted Text:
- Right Click > "Copy Highlighted Text w/o URL Parameters"

Permissions:

activeTab - "...privileges for the active tab only." [source]
contextMenus - "...add items to the browser's context menu." [source]
clipboardWrite - Copy data to clipboard [source]
