Ruutu.fi Trakt Scrobbler connects your Ruutu.fi viewing history to Trakt.tv automatically.
HOW IT WORKS
When you play a video on Ruutu.fi, the extension detects what you're watching and reports it
to Trakt in real time. It starts tracking after 2% watched, sends progress updates every 15
seconds, and marks the episode or movie as watched when you reach 80% completion. Pausing,
resuming, and navigating between episodes all work correctly.
FEATURES
• Auto-scrobble — TV episodes and movies are tracked without any action from you
• Smart matching — searches Trakt by show title and matches by episode to find the right entry
• Wrong show? — a "Wrong?" button appears on screen during playback; click it to open Trakt
search and paste the correct URL into the popup to fix the match permanently
• Manual check-in — one-click check-in from the extension popup
• Now Playing — see what's currently being tracked directly in the popup
• Saved corrections — manage your show corrections from the popup

This extension only activates on ruutu.fi video pages. It sends your Trakt authentication
token and watch progress (title, season, episode number) to Trakt.tv — nothing else. No
analytics, no telemetry, no third-party tracking. Source code is available on GitHub.

SETUP
- Click the extension icon
- Click "Connect to Trakt.tv"
- Enter the code shown at trakt.tv/activate
- Start watching on Ruutu.fi
