Scout has moved to its own domain, scoutroles.com.

This update lets the extension talk to the new address. It also works with
the previous address, so captures keep working whether or not you have
signed in on the new site yet.

Nothing about what the extension collects has changed.

Changes since 1.1.0:
- Display name renamed to "Scout: Job Hunter" (cosmetic; same add-on/id).
- Content-script match widened linkedin.com/jobs/ -> linkedin.com/ so capture survives LinkedIn's client-side (SPA) navigation. No new permissions; capture stays gated to /jobs/ in code.
- Reads blob/arraybuffer XHR bodies (not just text) to extract job IDs from LinkedIn's own job-list API responses.
- One-time page reload of a /jobs/collections/* list when it can't be read otherwise (10s cooldown), so the list can be captured.

Multi-device support: Scout can now be connected on several browsers at once without invalidating the others. Connected browsers are listed and individually revocable on the Scout web app's Extension page.

Added a "View Jobs" button to the extension popup. It appears in all popup states (connected, not connected, or when a token error occurs) and opens your Scout Jobs page directly without needing to navigate to the web app manually.
