Main changes:
- cleanup of UI for better usability across the plugin popup versus the modal itself.
- move account management out of the app itself and to the core website
- fix a lot of the capabilities for getting the features to work as noted
- add in 'give feedback' button
- create better flow for upload interactions and interop when user is not yet logged-in versus logged-in versus subscribed, etc
- miscellaneous fixes
