ScrollBlock helps you stop doomscrolling and get your time back. We clean up distracting websites so you can use them without falling down a rabbit hole.

What ScrollBlock Does:

Hides Short Videos: We completely remove the YouTube Shorts shelf, Instagram Reels tab, and Facebook video feeds from your screen.
Daily Time Limits: Give yourself exactly 15 or 30 minutes a day on a site. Once your time is up, we block it until tomorrow.
PIN Locks: Have a site you just can't stop visiting? Lock it completely behind a 4-digit PIN.
Friendly Nudges: If you scroll too far down a feed, we'll pop up a gentle reminder showing exactly how much time you've spent today.

How to Use It:

Open the ScrollBlock extension popup.
Check the boxes next to the sites you want to clean up.
For stricter rules, go to the Advance Settings tab to set up your PIN and daily time limits!
