The Survey Dynamix for GC Embeddable Framework add-on fixes the problem of Genesys Cloud agents accidentally ending interactions without transferring the caller to a survey. The solution is very simple. When you click End Call, the extension kicks in and transfers the caller to a queue or secure call flow instead. All you need to do is set the Queue/Flow ID in the extension options.
