SelectMind AI does not operate servers that collect your personal data. Settings, conversations, and API keys stay on your device. API keys are encrypted with Web Crypto (AES-GCM).

When you start an action (toolbar, chat, OCR, or context menu), the extension may send selected text, page title, URL, conversation messages, and (for OCR) a screenshot to the AI provider and endpoint you configured (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or Ollama). That provider’s privacy policy applies. Nothing is sent until you initiate an action.

We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking.
