Two canonical tags that disagree are now a critical issue. A theme and an SEO plugin each printing their own is common, and when the two point at different URLs Google ignores both. Every canonical is read, not just the first; the same goes for a second <title> or meta description, which the Summary now marks on the field itself.
Snippet controls in the indexability verdict. nosnippet (or max-snippet:0) leaves a page indexed but with no description in search and no quotes in AI Overviews — it is now named, from the robots meta tag or the X-Robots-Tag header. A max-snippet limit and text marked data-nosnippet are listed as notes.
Redirects through <meta http-equiv="refresh"> are caught, with their delay and target: Google follows them, yet the HTTP status shows nothing.
Images without width and height get a “no size” badge — the usual cause of a layout that jumps while images load. Mixed content — scripts, styles, images and fonts fetched over http:// on an https page — is listed under Tools → Tech.
The crawler table adds Claude-SearchBot, Perplexity-User and Google-Agent. The right-click menu adds Google's cached favicon for the site, Facebook Sharing Debugger and LinkedIn Post Inspector.
