Post installation, click on the icon that comes up in toolbar. It will provide a form to update Servicenow instance and queue to be monitored. Once configured if the user is already logged into the same instance of the Servicenow, it will start monitoring that queue. If the queue size increases, it will play an audio alert. Ideally the queue shall be a list / report with conditions like state is new, created before last 15 min etc. This will ensure you get audio alert only if it is really important.
