Protect your browsing sessions with manual saves or optional automatic backups. Choose your own auto-save interval, and Session Manager will create separate timestamped snapshots for quick recovery.

AUTOMATIC SESSION BACKUPS

Automatic saving is disabled by default. Enable it when needed and enter an interval in minutes, such as 10, 15, or 30.

Each automatic backup is saved as a separate, timestamped session with an “auto-save” tag. You can restore, rename, organize, export, or delete it like any other session.

PRIVACY

Your sessions and settings stay in local browser storage. Session Manager requires no account, includes no analytics, and does not upload your saved sessions to our servers.

JSON exports are created only when you request them and remain under your control.

PERMISSIONS

• tabs - reads open tab details when saving and opens tabs and windows when restoring
• storage - stores sessions, folders, tags, preferences, and auto-save settings locally
• alarms - schedules optional automatic backups at your selected interval
