SmartClip saves web pages and selected text to Notion or Markdown, with visible upload progress and explicit
notices when a clip is saved partially.
Save pages and selections
Save content inside your chosen Notion page, or download Markdown files for Obsidian. Markdown export does not
require a Notion account.
Research Stacks — Pro
Collect quotes from different websites in one Notion page. Each quote includes its source and capture timestamp.
Domain routing — Pro
Automatically save clips under different Notion pages based on the website hostname. You can override the
suggested location manually.
Upload history
Check completed and failed uploads, open saved pages, retry failed uploads, or remove failed entries from local
history.
Plans
Free includes 100 blocks per article and 500 blocks per rolling 30-day cycle. Longer articles are saved partially
with a visible notice.
Pro removes SmartClip’s article and monthly block limits. Notion API limits still apply. Paid access is prepaid
and does not renew automatically.
Notion setup
Create a Notion integration with Read content and Insert content, share a page with it, then connect it in
SmartClip Settings.
Privacy
Page content is sent directly to Notion, not to the SmartClip billing service. Billing uses an anonymous device ID
and usage counters.
In Firefox, declining optional billing data sharing keeps local Free clipping available and disables paid
features.
