• Device-targeted wake-up — a new "On Startup of <device>" snooze choice lets you wake a tab on a specific device's next startup, instead of whichever device opens first.
• The "On Startup of" choice now shows the same 🚀 rocket icon as "On Next Startup".
• The nap room now shows each tab's id next to its napping date (handy for debugging).

Fix context menus being set up twice on startup, which could race two rebuild cycles and throw a duplicate-id error

• Customize the snooze choices in the popup: enable, disable, reorder, or add your own (Settings → Popup Choices)
• Add fixed-time choices like "Today at 14:00" or "Tomorrow at 8:00", relative ones like "In 2 hours", or pick any weekday
• Give custom choices an emoji icon
• Export/import now includes your choice configuration alongside snoozed tabs
• Popup closes instantly by default (was 1s)
• No more external favicon fetches — everything stays on your device
• No tracking, no telemetry, no remote analytics

Plus a few fixes: context menu now rebuilds cleanly when you toggle choices, the popup no longer crashes on pages it can't snooze, and disabled choices are properly inert.
