Speedrun Sentinel watches the leaderboard while you play.

Pick a game on speedrun.com, narrow it down to the exact board you care about, then enter your username. Full game or individual level, category, platform, difficulty, DLC, game version: the extension monitors that precise board and tells you the moment something moves.

Five alerts, each one optional

• A run overtakes yours
• You lose first place
• A runner ahead of you improves their time
• You move up the leaderboard
• One of your own runs gets verified

Every alert opens the exact filtered leaderboard in a single click.

What the popup shows

Your position, the runners immediately above and below you, and the time gap to each one. Runs that appeared since the last check are marked. A ring around the refresh button counts down to the next automatic check.

Designed to stay quiet

• Check interval from 5 minutes to 6 hours
• Nothing is collected and nothing is sent anywhere: your watches stay in your browser's local storage
• No host permissions requested, only storage, alarms and notifications
• Interface in English, French and German, switchable at any time
• Light and dark themes, following your system by default

Before saving a watch, a test button queries the real leaderboard and shows your current position, so you know the setup is right.
