Crap! Every time I try to provide and submit feedback to a YT video with my feedback, I get this > A connection error has occurred. Server returned status code 403.

We are currently experiencing a mass spam attack, we are restricting submissions for now

I have tried dozens of time, but continue to get this. Please give to someone that knows what they are doing and can provide a service to the community.

Sometimes we have to limit submissions from new users for some periods of time due to attacks. Thankfully, we have a big enough userbase that there are enough existing users that everything mostly still gets submissions during these times
