SSP Wallet is an open-source, security-audited, multi-signature cryptocurrency wallet built around true two-factor authentication: a 2-of-2 multisig system where your browser extension holds one private key and the SSP Key mobile app holds the second. Every transaction must be signed by both, so there is no single point of failure and no seed phrase that can be stolen from one device.

🔒 How it works

Unlike wallets that rely on a single private key, SSP splits control between two devices you own:

• SSP Wallet (this browser extension) holds one key.
• SSP Key (mobile app for iOS and Android) holds the other.
• Both must approve every transaction — unauthorized access from either device alone is impossible.

The entire codebase is public, so anyone can review, audit, and contribute. Deterministic builds let you verify that the distributed extension matches the published source code exactly, and releases ship with signed hashes. SSP Wallet also integrates LavaMoat runtime protection, which compartmentalizes every dependency to defend against supply-chain attacks. SSP Wallet, SSP Key, and our smart contracts have been independently audited by Halborn.

Manage Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and a broad range of other networks in one place — including major EVM chains (Polygon (POL), Base (ETH), BNB Smart Chain (BNB), Avalanche C-Chain (AVAX)) with full support for importing custom tokens, plus popular UTXO chains such as Litecoin (LTC), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Dogecoin (DOGE), Zcash (ZEC), Ravencoin (RVN), and Flux (FLUX). On Ethereum and EVM chains, SSP is the first wallet to implement true Schnorr multi-signature Account Abstraction (ERC-4337), bringing smart-contract-level security without a standard externally owned account. Bitcoin support includes Native SegWit for lower fees and faster transactions.
