StoryHoard is a manga tracker and reader. Track your reading progress across 100+ sources, get new-chapter notifications, and read with the built-in reader or open directly on the source site.
Everything stays on your device by default: library, reading history, ratings, and downloads need no account, sign-in, or server.
Features:

Reading and tracking send nothing off your device. Community features and account sync are optional and off until you turn them on. Anonymous usage analytics help improve the app and can be turned off in Settings.
