Start a cast inside a stream's on-demand version.

Many pages that stream live also serve an on-demand version of the same broadcast. When one is there, the popup offers two ways to start the cast: "From start", or "Position", which begins where the page's own player is sitting.

While the cast runs, three buttons move it: "Start", "Position" and "Live". Each switch keeps the same cast going, so the picture comes back without the cast being set up again.

If the broadcast has already finished, the cast opens in the on-demand version instead of failing against a live edge that is no longer there, and the "Live" button stays hidden, since there is nothing to return to.

Shows the quality menu for DASH sources, pre-computed in the background.
Needs helper 0.5.9 for the DASH features; older helpers behave as before.

Adds a field to cast a stream address you paste directly. Reads the page's video players as a fallback when no stream was detected. Fixes site handling for pages carrying another site's address in their URL.

Fixes a popup that could open blank on a fresh install, showing only the title bar.

Broader direct-file detection (.m4v/.mov extensions and non-text/ content types, e.g. octet-stream).

Windows fixes: updates that install while the helper is running.

• The "update your helper" notice reads clearer and opens the update page when
you click it.

• Warns you when the local helper is out of date, with a link to update it.

• Removed the manual buffer control, buffering and latency are now handled
automatically by the helper.

Cosmetic fix: tidied up the extension icon so the cast glyph lines up correctly. No functional changes.
