The Survey Dynamix add-on fixes the problem of Genesys Cloud agents accidentally ending interactions without transferring the caller to a survey. The solution is very simple. When you click End Call, the add-on kicks in and chooses the option to transfer the caller to a secure call flow or queue instead.
