    Fixes:
    Keep Tab + refresh no longer re-triggers the prompt: Fixed a race condition where clicking "Keep Tab" and then refreshing the same page could show the duplicate detection dialog again. The kept-tab state now records synchronously via sender.tab.url instead of an async browser.tabs.get() call, so the entry exists before any subsequent tab update events fire.
