v0.8.3 was a dream. Solved the majority of our data pull errors. v0.8.4 SHOULD finally tackle that downstream data pull error we have been seeing by replicating our now fully functional data pull architecture deployed for v0.8.3

Lot of architecture rework.

TAD is reliant on OSS rewrites in order to functionally parse rodeo data. In previous iterations, TAD and OSS would race to record data. This was stupid and is no longer our method. TAD will now wait for proper OSS rewrite before attempting to parse data. This should effectively eliminate a "no data" error.

Re-implemented decimation function for erroneous snapshots, now only ADMIN dashboard displays force scraps/scrapes outside of scheduled snapshots (5 minute intervals)

Removed another 150 or so lines of bloat from previous debugging functions no longer required

Automatic rollback based on version [0.7.11].

GUI fixes for both ADMIN and Public dashboard. Alignment for GUI on historical timeline for both VISTA and Rodeo tabs for ADMIN dashboard. Resolved obscure whitebar GUI error for Public Dashboard VISTA historical timeline.

Removed decimation function for Public Dashboard historical timelines, now mirrors data from ADMIN

An attempted resolution to the occasional "no data" error seen across all operating hours resulting in empty snapshots.

Now expands possible filter range to prevent likely root cause of empty snapshots.

Included changelog in root, as well as signatures to versions writing into Firebase for better debugging on stale/poisoned data

New guard rails to prevent data scrape from non customer shipment rodeos (transshipment, all, etc).

Several guardrails for outdated scripts from pre-extension deployment. Resolved inaccurate data reporting (I hope), consolidated 400 lines of bloat from outdated/deprecated functions.

Started work on AI bot that will help deep dive data on shift performance and rodeo deep dives. This bot currently will adjust goal unfavorable % based off of available freight and will adjust good/bad percentages on stat recap page.

7.0; released better historical data in rodeo tabs, and historical VISTA data to allow for better tracking on the dock
