Support on the link provided of the description and I can "fix" your issue

Update: I'll be working to include the "quickdownload HD" quality" (as paid feature). However, if you want the original size (without paying), you'll have to open the image and use the top-right button to have it in original size (since it's the built on telegram button)

Хорошее дополнение - скачал видео из закрытого канала. Как только не пытался это сделать - захват экрана на смартфоне и прочее. Это дополнение справилось на ура, да и размер файла при отличном разрешении получился относительно небольшой.

Edit after 2 years: I was the first to give a review, now Download feature was hidden behind pay wall, extension became useless.
