Security hardening + far fewer false alarms.

• Web pages can no longer tamper with Shield's warnings or its login-form protection.
• No more warnings on your router, NAS, or other home-network devices (192.168.x, 10.x, .lan, .local, etc.).
• Real sign-in pages (Google, Microsoft, "Sign in with Google/Apple" buttons) no longer trigger phishing warnings.
• Minor "caution" link markers are now off by default. Turn them back on in Settings > "Also mark caution links".
• "Dismiss" on a warning banner now stays dismissed for that site until you restart the browser.
• Reporting a phishing page on a shared service (Google Docs/Forms, SharePoint, etc.) no longer blocks the whole service.
• The "blocked today" count now only counts real blocks, and resets at your local midnight.
• Many reliability fixes for blocklist updates and "Erase all".
