Ticket Link Copier 的隐私政策
Ticket Link Copier for Freshservice does not collect, store, or transmit any data.
- It reads two pieces of text from the Freshservice ticket page you are viewing
— the ticket number and the ticket subject — and only when you invoke it
(open the popup, click the on-page button, or press the shortcut). - That text is placed on your operating system clipboard. Nothing else happens
to it. - The only thing it stores is your own two preferences (floating button on/off,
and what that button copies). These are kept in the browser's extension
settings storage — Chrome may sync them between your own signed-in Chrome
installations, the same way it syncs bookmarks. They are never sent to the
developer or anyone else. - There are no network requests, no analytics, no telemetry, no
remote code, and no external servers. All logic runs locally in your
browser. - No cookies, browsing history, credentials, or personal information are
accessed.
