Q: I don't know my color season yet — does this work for me?

Q: Which retailers does this work on?
A: Sephora, Ulta, Amazon, Target, Walmart, Macy's, Nordstrom, CVS, Walgreens, and the direct-to-consumer stores from MAC, Fenty, Rare Beauty, Glossier, Charlotte Tilbury, NARS, Tarte, ColourPop, e.l.f., and NYX.

Q: Does this work for foundations?
A: Foundation matching uses a separate skin-tone match flow inside the TruHue mobile app. The widget tells you when a product is a foundation and points you there.

Q: Is my browsing data sent anywhere?
A: No. The extension runs entirely in your browser. Only the shade name and product URL of the page you're actively viewing are sent to TruHue's scoring API. No analytics, no tracking, no browsing history is ever shared.

Q: Why are some shades OKAY at 4/10 and others OKAY at 6/10?
A: Higher grade = closer to your palette. A 6/10 OKAY works on most outfits. A 4/10 OKAY is a stretch — wearable as a statement but not a daily go-to.
