TTV Radio 的隐私政策
Last updated: September 27, 2026
TTV Radio is a browser extension that opens a Twitch channel's chat and video in windows docked
beside your browser. This policy explains what it does with your information: in short, nothing
leaves your computer.
TTV Radio saves a few settings in your own browser's extension storage, on your device only:
- The channel you last tuned to, and up to 8 recently used channel names
- Your layout and display preferences (chat width, dock side, window edges, video bleed, toolbar
position, which Twitch chat elements to hide, whether to mute other tabs in theater mode) - Your preferred volume
While the radio is open it also keeps temporary, session-only information (such as which windows
it opened and where it placed them); the browser discards it when you close the browser.
- It does not collect, sell, share or transmit any personal information.
- It has no analytics, tracking, advertising or remote servers of its own.
- It does not read your browsing history, and it does not read or change any website other than
the Twitch chat and player windows it opens for you. - The one thing it does to your other tabs: with Mute other tabs in theater on (Settings), it
mutes their audio while theater mode is on and unmutes them afterwards. It doesn't read those
tabs' content or addresses.
The chat and video windows are Twitch's own pages (
twitch.tv and player.twitch.tv), loadeddirectly from Twitch exactly as if you had opened them yourself. Your use of them, including
logging in and chatting, is covered by Twitch's own privacy policy. TTV Radio adds a small control
bar to those windows and adjusts the player's volume at your request; it does not read your chat
messages or your Twitch account.
The Copy diagnostics button (in Settings) copies a technical report about window positions and
screen size to your clipboard, only when you click it. Nothing is sent anywhere unless you
choose to paste it somewhere yourself.
- storage: to remember the settings listed above.
- system.display (Chromium browsers): to find your screen's usable area so windows can be
docked beside each other. - scripting and access to
player.twitch.tv: to measure the video window's frame and adjust
the player's volume. - Content scripts on Twitch's popout chat and player pages: to add TTV Radio's control bar to
the chat window and keep the chat's volume slider in sync with the player.
