Stability + localization reliability- Fixed a transaction-lifetime bug in mark-all operations with visibility filtering. "Mark all as viewed/unviewed" no longer risks failing due to an inactive IndexedDB write transaction.

Mark-all now respects feed visibility filters- Fixed "Mark all as viewed/unviewed" so it only affects videos currently visible in the feed.
- The action now honors both visibility filters: "Hide videos without duration for (days)" and "Hide videos shorter than (minutes)", and also respects the active max-age cutoff.
- Prevents hidden videos from being pre-marked before they appear in the UI.
