Twitch Ad Blackout hides Twitch ads instead of fighting them. The moment an ad starts, it mutes the tab and drops a clean black screen over the video, leaving only the ad countdown so you know how long is left. When the ad ends, sound and picture come back automatically.

It doesn't block or modify ad requests — the ad still loads and plays out, silently, behind the black screen — so it sidesteps the usual anti-ad-block cat-and-mouse.

Designed to stay lightweight and reliable:
