WHAT THE EXTENSION SENDS TO UNBSERVED
- Your account email and user ID, and the session tokens issued when you sign in (email and password, or Google sign-in).
- The media you choose to save, the address of the page it came from, and the metadata detected on that page (title or caption and creator, when the site exposes them).
- The folder you file each save into.

WHAT IT DOES NOT DO
- It does not read or transmit your browsing history. The only page addresses that leave your browser are the source URLs of the items you explicitly save.
- It contains no advertising SDK, no extension analytics and no cross-site tracking.
- Pointer position is used locally to place the save button on a page; it is not transmitted.

KEPT ON YOUR DEVICE
The signed-in session, the selected folder, appearance and hover preferences and the queue of pending saves are held in extension storage, so a save can finish after the panel is closed.

WHO RECEIVES THE DATA
Unbserved and its infrastructure provider (Supabase authentication, database and storage); the website hosting an image, at the moment that image is fetched; and Google, only if you choose Google sign-in.

DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT
Account settings on unbserved.com start the deletion. The account is deactivated at once and permanently removed after a 30-day grace period, and the request can be cancelled during that window. Content shared publicly is anonymised rather than left attributed to a deleted account.
