🟢 Toolbar badge — the icon shows a green ON badge (and "guarding this site" tooltip) whenever the current tab is covered by an enabled rule, so you can see at a glance whether Upload Guard is active.
🔽 Collapsible rules — the settings list is now an accordion: open one rule and the others collapse; Add site opens the new one. Disabled rules are dimmed.
🔎 Query-string matching — site patterns can now match the URL's query string. Add a ? to your pattern and it matches host + path + query, with percent-encoding normalized (%20/%2F). This makes it possible to target SharePoint folders carried in the id= parameter, e.g. .sharepoint.com/?General/test.
