This extension requires access to https://.youtube.com/ so it can read publicly available comments on YouTube videos. It uses this access to identify, remove, and locally store comments based on user-defined filtering rules. The extension does not modify site functionality beyond removing blocked comments and does not transmit any data to external servers.
