UUID Generator Offline creates random UUID version 4 identifiers directly from the Firefox toolbar.

• Generate UUID version 4 identifiers.
• Create between 1 and 50 UUIDs at a time.
• Use cryptographically secure random values provided by Firefox.
• Copy all generated UUIDs to the clipboard.
• Generate a replacement list with one click.
• Work completely offline.
• Require no registration or account.

1. Click the UUID Generator Offline icon on the Firefox toolbar.
2. Select how many UUIDs you need, from 1 to 50.
3. Click Generate UUIDs.
4. Click Copy All to copy the generated identifiers as separate lines.

The extension generates UUID version 4 values using the conventional 8-4-4-4-12 hexadecimal format.

The required version and variant bits are set correctly for UUID version 4 identifiers.

UUIDs are useful as identifiers, but random UUIDs are not passwords, encryption keys, access tokens, or proof of identity.


UUID Generator Offline does not collect, store, log, transmit, sell, or share generated identifiers or user activity.

Generated UUIDs exist only inside the extension popup until the user closes it or creates another list. The extension does not maintain a generation history.

The extension does not access websites, tabs, browser history, cookies, saved passwords, personal information, or account data.


The extension requests no website permissions and uses no content scripts, background scripts, remote code, analytics, advertising services, or external APIs.

Clipboard access occurs only when the user clicks Copy All.


All UUID generation occurs locally inside Firefox. An Internet connection is not required.
