I created this account to rate this atrocious parasite of an extension. It's useless unless you pay 18.50€. It puts a huge watermark over all videos. It abuses the spirit of open source and sells the hard work of ffmpeg developers for an absolutely horrendous price. I hope the scammers who publish this extension will get banned from the Firefox extension site as soon as possible. Please report this extension as fraudulent so we can stop this kind of abuse.

Didn't install this "companion" app, but 720p videos are now downloading in weird generic "file" extensions. Gotta convert them manually. If this watermark talk is real... Well, sayonara!

Version 7.0 is absolutely useless 'cause we have to buy a plugin.
I'm gonna delete it and install another addon for downloading video files.

used to be okay, now you need some add on for some downloads and it puts a HUGE watermark on the video. Deleting the addon now. Do yourself a favor and just wait for the Ant Video Downloader to be updated for 57 because this downloader is now useless

Now is same with other add-on. but worse than other add-on ... fk the QRcode watermark

Still downloads without issue as long as you don't try converting videos. There are better programs for this.
My issue is that it's not this huge bubbly menu now with no option to change it. It also now doesn't remember the last download location. Huge pain when you try to keep things organized and the folder you want things in is several menus down.

It's back for Quantum. Great work! Very useful add-on.

"Use this acrion as default" is not working.

Since this is a wonderful add-on, I hope that these will be fixed.

The only reason VDH was popular among us is because it can download the whole image set with two clicks,
Now it only can grab videos but again i don't use it for that!

and just to be clear, the companion software is only available on Linux and its only for converting as far as i can see, so again, whats the point!

The web extension needs to be what we always knew and expect it to be not this.
