Seit kurzen klebt nun ein riesen Wasserzeichen auf der linken oberen Ecke das etwas übertrieben groß ist.
Dadurch verliert diese Software seinen Nutzen, da es echt störend ist.
Dadurch ist man gezwungen Geld auszugeben oder man lebt mit dem riesen Teil an der Ecke...

奉勸大家不要使用此插件
1.佔用太多記憶體,關閉瀏覽器時會導致memory leak 而無法關閉!
2.這還要加裝某個程式才能下載影片,下載過程非常緩慢 cpu 會滿載,我懷疑這程式背景正在做"挖礦"!

Half the time Video DownloadHelper can't "see" any video to download. Says to click Play ... makes no difference ... it still sees no video even though one is playing.

The WEBMs take foreverrrrrrr to download and then another foreverrrrr or two foreverrrrrrrssssss to 'consolidate' or 'consummate' or 'calibrate' or 'carbonate' or whatever the heck it does. A 15 minute video--- if available as an MP4--- would download in 4 or 5 minutes, but when only available as a WEBM, it will take almost an hour before I finally have the full video with sound. What a mess!

I want the old version back. It just WORKED.

What are all those people using.... the ones who write those great reviews? They sure aren't using the same Video DownloadHelper I am. Mine's a slow mess. Can't see any video to download when one is playing right there in front of me. Takes an hour to download and re-join a short vid. I want the download helper all these good reviewers have... where do I get THAT one?

format converter dosn`t work at all

Processing and downloading the 20-minute videos always takes more than hour and it uses almost whole of my RAM(4GB) during that time so I can't use my PC when downloading.

No baja ningun video hasta que no instalas un programa espia (web companion) que es uno de los peores addaware que existe. Enlentece la pc, espia todo lo que haces y ademas comparte tu direccion de correo con todo el mundo.

Useless after v57. I went directly from v56 to v59 (current version) and now every time I try to use this add-on, it asks me install ANOTHER add-on for it to work. Looking for other add-ons.

The Mac version is dreadful, unreliable and slow. Nothing like its predecessor. It let's Mozilla down very badly.

Update 2026: For some annoying reason it's now saving screenshots of videos into the firefox default download directory instead of the download location chosen for the addon, why? I've been through all settings and there is no way to turn off these random screenshots.
