one great downloader if you know the tricks !!!!! it pissed me off first but i find ways around ..youtube likes to kick your ass around and theres a way to get around that but the watermarks suck...other video websites work great.not your shitsites . i give hint where 10000,s of good videos......apps....and their safe ..

I downloaded and purchased the license to remove YouTube imposed QR watermark. I successfully downloaded and installed the standalone app (MAC). I had a series of 50 exercise videos to capture (to ultimately play on my Playstation 4). Using the App was fairly intuitive, but I did encounter a few hiccups. For instance, I wanted to set a default for resolution (720), but instead it kept defaulting to 1080, so I had to adjust the setting on each prior to download.

I bought another app license for a downloader that allowed me to download a 'program' of clips (numerous sequence clips in the program) without having to launch each. This would be a desired function here. That particular app however, didn't have the flexibility of CODECs (video and audio) that this add-on offers. This is so much better.

I liked the legacy UI through the menu bar, but I did get accustomed to the new UI. The downloader is quick and the CODECs work great.
