Chrome/Chromium browser version 90 or higher
Spotify account (free or premium)
Active internet connection

🚀 Getting Started

Initial Setup

Click the extension icon in your browser toolbar
Click "Connect to Spotify" to authorize the extension
Log in to your Spotify account when prompted
Return to YouTube/YouTube Music and enjoy!

Usage

Once connected, the extension works automatically:

Navigate to YouTube Music or YouTube
Play any music video or song
The video will be replaced with the album artwork
Playback controls remain fully functional

Managing Connection

Check Status: Click the extension icon to see connection status
Disconnect: Click "Disconnect" in the popup to revoke Spotify access
Reconnect: Simply click "Connect to Spotify" again

🎯 How It Works

Track Detection: Identifies artist and song information from YouTube
Spotify Search: Queries Spotify API for matching album artwork
Visual Replacement: Hides video element and displays album art
