Fixed drag & drop for folders: folders no longer auto-nest when dropped; folders can be reordered on the dashboard.

Popup improvements: Generated preview now uses a random color background with a centered, shortened page title; screenshot preview is cleared reliably.

Manifest version bumped to 2.4 and minor UI/preview bug fixes.
Testing notes: open dashboard (new tab), try reordering folders, hover the 📁 icon, and open the popup to verify previews.
