Warm Tab Pool keeps selected webpages preloaded in hidden Firefox tabs, ready to hand off instantly when you need them. It is especially useful for sites that are slow to open from scratch.
Features include:
- configurable pools with automatic replenishment;
- keyboard shortcuts and one-click tab handoff;
- multiple pool groups, with optional simultaneous activation;
- startup groups that can load automatically with Firefox;
- reuse of restored pooled tabs after browser restarts;
- hidden and optionally muted pooled tabs;
- configurable tab handoff position and cooldown;
- group cloning, merging, renaming, loading, and unloading;
- visual group graph for organizing related groups;
- automatic saving of configuration changes;
- quick enable/disable controls in both the popup and Settings;
- live popup status showing active groups, warm tabs, and pool readiness.
Warm Tab Pool does not modify the contents of the pages it preloads.

Also, large pools or frequent extension restarts can cause many page loads in a short period. Some websites may temporarily rate-limit or otherwise restrict requests.
