- unlimitedStorage permission — the fix for silent IndexedDB eviction that was wiping users'
  collected data.
- Favicon handling no longer stores broken /favicon.ico fallbacks; milestone toast +
  historical overlay fall back to Google's S2 favicon service at render time.
- Milestone toast refactored to React (was innerHTML strings); preview surfaces added on
  setup page and components-preview.
- Setup "done" step: shortcut hint for the historical overlay (⌘/Ctrl+Shift+H) + cycling
  live milestone preview.
- Keyboard privacy picker: live before/after preview with sample text + real email so users
  can see exactly what "abstract" vs "full" records.
- Popup footer: feedback → hi@spencer.place mailto link.
- Portrait page: moved "time" link off the header (was overlapping the sound icon) onto a
  footer on the Portrait Card; added "hide/show portrait" toggle. Sound enabled by default —
  resumes on first user interaction.
- Historical overlay: sound toggle added in the action bar, defaults to on, same auto-resume
  behavior.
