Version 2.0.0 is a full rewrite for modern Firefox.

Replacements now apply to dynamically loaded content (single-page apps, infinite scroll, lazy-loaded text) via a live MutationObserver, not just the initial page load

Enable/disable toggle now re-scans the current page immediately
