The extension does not save your manual backup codes if you uninstall the browser or clear data.

There is no tracking, no logging of any kind. The user submits their backup code into the browser extension app and it generates the 2FA code based on the provided backup code. If the user deletes or remove the browser extension app, all codes will be lost. It's meant to enhance the use of 2FA generator on a browser.
