YouTube Auto WPM Speed intelligently manages playback for you, creating a seamless and comfortable viewing experience.

This extension analyzes the subtitles of a video in real-time to calculate the speaker's Words Per Minute (WPM). It then automatically adjusts the video speed to match your personally set target WPM.

Take command without leaving the video player. All hotkeys are fully customizable in your browser's extension settings (about:addons).

• Alt + A: Instantly toggle between Auto (WPM) and Manual speed mode.
• Alt + Up / Down: Adjust the Max/Manual Speed limit by 0.2x.
• Alt + . / ,: Fine-tune your Target WPM by 10.
• Alt + G: Switch between per-window calculation and Global Mode (one speed for the entire video).
