    UI overhaul
    • Categories moved from pill tabs into a left-sidebar folder list — inline rename/delete, drag-to-reorder, fixed row height (no more hover jitter)
    • Dropped the separate "Manage" view and options page — everything lives on the Library page now
    • New "All videos" / "By creator" toggle; grouped view now wraps horizontally like the flat view instead of stacking into columns

    Videos & feeds
    • Shorts are now detected and excluded automatically — no toggle needed, just 5 real videos per channel
    • Parallelized RSS fetching (was sequential — categories with many channels loaded proportionally slower before)
    • Added view-count display; garbage-collect cached video/featured data for removed channels

    Creator detection & saving
    • Channel detection and the "Save creator" button now work on channel pages, not just watch pages
    • "Save creator" is now a fixed floating button (bottom-left) instead of chasing YouTube's frequently-changing Subscribe button DOM

    New: featured-creator suggestions
    • Each category now surfaces channels your saved creators cross-promote on their own channel page, with one-click add (experimental)
