Fixes three cases where the badge went missing.

• No badges on any card on channel pages.
• The stats panel on the watch page never opened.
• Videos from channels with an old custom URL were never scored, anywhere, search results included.

The cause was a change on YouTube's side: the endpoint the extension read channel and view counts from stopped answering requests that carry no session. The same data now comes from a different endpoint.

Fixed a tooltip in the watch page chart: hovering a bar near the left or right edge pushed the tooltip outside the chart and cut off the title and view count.
