Improved reliability on YouTube Shorts pages.

Changes:
- Fixed cases where the extension stopped working until the YouTube page was refreshed.
- Improved support for YouTube’s single-page navigation when entering Shorts from elsewhere on YouTube.
- Added a background self-heal check for Shorts tabs that do not respond.
- Improved retry behavior when the first attempt to move to the next Short does not take effect.
