- 评分 1 / 5来自 Firefox 用户 18371926， 7 个月前I really have been wanting to get rid of the obtrusive and offensive horizontal list of shorts that come up every time I open youtube. This extension is supposed to help with that, but unfortunately I cannot tell whether it does anything at all, as the shorts are still there. I did check it at the filter settings of the extension and also clicked F5 to reset youtube. I would like to know how to get it to work.

发布于 4 个月前I apologize for the confusion, but this extension is design to work on the search results page, as mentioned in the name and in the feature list. The legacy shorts page setting of this extension, which lets me view one short of interest as if it is a traditional youtube video and ends like a traditional youtube video, is incredible. I get to dabble in the exact thing I clicked on and it ends and I return to making my own choices for videos rather than the algorithm. I really appreciate how this extension returns the power of my own browsing experience back to me.
Sometimes as youtube updates, features of the extension don't work for a little bit, but I understand that youtube updates *constantly* and that this is run by a single developer. Keeping up with all the changes is probably a mess, and you're only one human. To the dev, thank you so much for this.开发者回应

Yep, while YT keeps the changes coming, the extension will adapt over time.
