    We would need way more intrusive permission for that. We would need "access to user data on all domains" is that a worthy compromise for you?

    Youtube still translates titles of shorts if I use the 'No YouTube Shorts' addon to see shorts with the normal video layout.

    The translation block works as intended but the problem with the video quality being limited to 360p discourages to use it constantly. I looked at the GitHub page for the fix and that really looks annoying. Really hope you'll find a fix soon cause aside from that it's really good.

    We've been working on a solution for that issue, but while we did find a fix it breaks in some scenarios so we did not release it yet.
