by Firefox user 13585255, 9 years agoI have been using this add-on for years and it's been great. Easy to use and lots of great settings. However, since Firefox Quantum 57 it prevents videos from playing at all. At the moment it's a bit too good at auto-pausing so to speak.
I hope you get it sorted, cause the add-on is (was) great!

As of Jun 30, 2026 Add-on is NON-FUNCTIONAL.
The « YouTube Auto HD + FPS » Add-on is currently Functional and has Many More Features, I suggest that Add-on instead. - Rated 1 out of 5by Hx, a month agoJust doesn't work. Not on shorts or full videos, quality still rubbish and defaulting to auto or low despite decent internet and using this extension with all permissions allowed.
